Hobbii is looking for a charismatic evangelist, with a knack for spotting talent. Someone who has the winning ability to find the right people and make us smarter as an organization.  

We’re on a crazy growth journey and was recently confirmed as the fastest-growing company in Denmark during the last four years. So generally building something from scratch should delight you rather than terrify you. Last year we welcomed more than 80 people to Hobbii, and since the beginning of 2020, we have hired 30 more. Getting the right people is paramount if we want to move to the next level. That's where you come in! 

Do you believe talent is the greatest asset to any Company? As part of Hobbii’s People and Culture team, you will help discover our most important resource; our people. You’ll search the world in a creative way, in helping us track down top talent to join our expanding team.  

You will mainly be recruiting talent to Hobbii HQ, primarily specialist roles (such as professionals for Marketing, Tech, and Finance). We are looking for someone with a strategic, tactical and playful approach to recruiting, where you together with Hiring Managers plan future hiring needs and make sure we are always on top of our recruiting needs. As our Talent Attraction Specialist, you will ensure that we are on all the right platforms, but also reach out and source the top candidates who might not even think to apply. The perfect candidate has a proven track record in sourcing and tracking down talent and a systematic and analytical approach to work. You will be reporting to the Head of People & Culture.


Would you like to?

  • Source and attract top talent to our organization 

  • Develop our recruiting strategy  - making sure we are always on top of hiring needs

  • Setup KPIs to track, measure and monitor recruiting strategy

  • Prepare recruitment materials and job posts

  • Screen candidate resumes and applications

  • Create positive candidate experiences - from application to interview

  • Help new team members when they join by creating the best possible onboarding

  • Take part in People & Culture projects across the organization

We would like you to be…

  • An experienced recruiter with a proven track record of hiring specialist roles (+ 3 years of experience)

  • Someone who has a knack for spotting talent and is a natural when it comes to networking 

  • Experienced with LinkedIn sourcing and outreach

  • Someone who takes ownership of the hiring process from a-z,  and makes sure everyone has a great experience when they apply to Hobbii 

  • A strong communicator in Danish and English (let us know if you speak German as well)

  • Bonus if you are familiar with Danish HR-Law
